 Exchange/Return Policy

We want to provide exceptional customer service to our family of shoppers.  We understand there are times that an item just doesn't work out or something goes wrong.  We encourage you to try on items while in store.

 Returns / Exchanges will only be processed once the items have been returned, inspected, and meet the conditions for return.  Items can be exchanged for in stock items. 

We do offer returns via the original payment method for the item only.  Shipping will not be refunded. Processing times are based on vendors. 

 

Final Sale:  Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Details:

 

  • Any exchange/return must be within 30 days of in store purchase, date of item being ready for pick-up*, or date of delivery. *We cannot track the date of pick-up. 
  • Must have original tag. Absolutely NO signs of wear, stains of any kind, pet hair, odors of any kind (a few ex. cigarette smoke, pet odor, body odor), stretching, or any other form of deterioration from originally purchased quality. Employees have discretion to not accept the item for exchange/return based on the above criteria or at their professional judgement.
  • Exchanges or refunds will be for the amount paid of the item. If rewards points were used for the purchase, you will not receive the same discount on the new item. The rewards points have been spent in the system.
  • Items damaged in shipment are not the responsibility of Nolan James. You must file a claim with the shipping service.

 

If purchased online & shipped: 

  • Buyer is responsible for return postage or getting item back to Nolan James within 30 Days of Purchase/Delivery. Nolan James is not responsible to refund any ship charges a customer may have incurred. 
  • Items mailed back or returned outside of 30 day window but no longer than 60 days* will not be subject to refund and will be issued a store credit only  IF return and exchange criteria are met. *If beyond 60 days, the return/exchange will be processed at a 50% discount and receive store credit only. 
  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received at Nolan James and has been inspected. Once approved to be returned, the refund will be processed. The refund is immediate on our end but due to the payment processor the buyer selected it could take multiple days (each payment provider is different. Please verify with the payment provider the terms and conditions at time of payment).
  • Exchanges will be processed once the item is received at Nolan James and has been inspected. Once approved to be returned, the exchange will exchange will be processed pending inventory availability. A shipping fee of $5 will be charged for the shipment of the exchange. 
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

*If you have any issues and before mailing an item back, please email our customer service at cs@nolanjamesboutique.com with the order number and the issue.  If unable to return within the 30-day time frame, please contact us.
